AstroInsight's service content and terms of use.
- By using this service (AstroInsight), you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.
- Fortune-telling results are for reference only, and we do not guarantee the accuracy, usefulness, or suitability of the results for any particular purpose.
- Point purchases are made on the Stripe payment screen, and card information is not stored in the app.
- Donations (PayPal) are development support and are separate from point granting.
- If you delete your account, your point balance, history, unlocks, etc. will be deleted and, in principle, cannot be restored.
1. Application
These Terms set forth the terms of use of AstroInsight (hereinafter referred to as the “Service”) provided by SandCake Studio (hereinafter referred to as the “Operator”). By using this service, users are deemed to have agreed to these terms.
2. What we offer
- Fortune-telling calculations (horoscope, etc.) and display
- AI fortune telling appraisal/AI fortune telling chat (including point system function)
- Data storage and synchronization by account (login)
3. Account
- When creating a new account, the account will be created after email verification using the confirmation code is completed.
- While logged in, your profile/settings/chat history, etc. may be saved and synced to your account.
- Users are responsible for managing their IDs, passwords, etc.
4. Points/Paid functions
- Points are used for functions within this service (AI usage, unlocking, etc.).
- Purchases of Points are made through Stripe Checkout.
- Even after the payment is completed, it may take several seconds to several tens of seconds for it to be reflected (please check the transaction history and balance update).
- Points will be awarded to the account you were logged into at the time of purchase. It may not be possible to transfer to another account after purchase.
5. Donations (development support)
- PayPal donations support continued development and are separate from point purchases.
- Donations do not increase points.
6. Prohibitions
Users must not do the following:
- Unauthorized access, tampering, reverse engineering, etc.
- Unauthorized use of payments, points, and unlocks
- Violation of the rights of the operator or a third party, slander, or nuisance
- Acts that violate laws or public order and morals
7. Disclaimer
- The fortune telling results and AI output of this service are for reference only, and there is no guarantee of results.
- The operator is not responsible for any damage caused by the use of this service, unless it is intentional or grossly negligent.
- Functions may not be available due to communication failures, suspension of external services, device environment, etc.
8. Refund/Cancellation
The handling of point purchases and donations varies depending on the situation. First, please check your transaction history and payment email (receipt). If you require individual support, please contact the operator's inquiry desk.
9. Account deletion
If you delete your account, your point balance, transaction history, unlock information, synchronized data, etc. will be deleted and, in principle, cannot be restored.
10. Changes to terms and conditions
The Operator may change these Terms as necessary. The revised terms will become effective from the time they are posted on this page.
