About the game
Galactic Invaders is a classic vertical-scrolling shooter that feels both familiar and fresh.
Pilot a powerful fighter, dodge enemy attacks, and destroy enemies with advanced weapons. Each of the four stages ends with a huge and formidable boss.
Simple controls lead to varied attack patterns, craft upgrades, and score challenges. Can you bring peace to the edge of the galaxy?
Game features
An interactive battlefield
Three.js-powered 3D scenery reacts to battle: explosions send ripples through the stars, and enemy gravity weapons warp space. Effects and sound intensify every fight.
Four levels of power-ups
Collect items to upgrade your craft through four levels. Spread your shots and eventually equip homing missiles. Use defensive barriers to survive the barrage!
More than 40 enemy types
Over 40 unique enemies await, including stealth, warp, and suicide craft. Every stage ends with a fierce battle against a screen-filling boss.
An enemy encyclopedia to complete
Defeated enemies are added to ZUKAN automatically. View their artwork and descriptions at any time, and try to record them all!
How to play
Basic controls
- Move your craft with the mouse cursor or your finger.
- Your weapons fire automatically.
- Enemy bullets and collisions reduce your lives.
- The game ends when you reach zero lives.
Items
- Power-up (P):Upgrades your craft’s weapons.
- Extra life (L):Restores one life.
- Barrier (B):Deploys a barrier that blocks enemy attacks for a limited time.

Standard Fighter
The Empire’s main fighter overwhelms through numbers.
Stealth Fighter
Uses optical camouflage for surprise attacks.
Crystal Hunter
Repeated short-range warps and crystal projectiles.
Gravity Orb
A troublesome craft that distorts nearby bullet trajectories.
Kamikaze Ship
Charges toward the player at high speed in a suicide attack.
Armored
A heavily armored bomber with exceptional durability.
Zigzag Fast
A mysterious craft with fast, unpredictable flight paths.
Star Destroyer
Stage 1 boss and flagship of the Imperial fleet.
Battle stages
Stage 1 - Overwhelming Assault
Face the Empire’s overwhelming numbers in a first test of shooting fundamentals. The massive Star Destroyer flagship awaits at the end.
Stage 2 - Imperial Fleet
Stealth craft and defense drones bring new threats. Can you evade the varied attacks of the Battlecruiser at the heart of the Imperial fleet?
Stage 3 - Crystal Void
Enter an unknown sector where enemies warp and gravity bends projectiles. Prepare for the unpredictable attacks of the extradimensional Void Corvette.
Stage 4 - Final Frontier
All previous enemies unite in the final battle. Defeat the invasion fleet’s Mothership Alpha flagship and restore peace to the galaxy!
