Game Store Terms

1. Scope and sale terms
These terms apply to the SandCake Studio Game Store. Before purchasing, review the contents, price, system requirements, game languages, and seller information. Final sale terms are shown on the product page and checkout screen.
2. Payment and delivery
Payments are processed through Stripe’s Link. Base prices are shown in yen, with local-currency options offered abroad. Check the final amount, including conversion fees, at checkout. Link sends the payment receipt. After payment is verified, SandCake Studio emails your purchase-time terms and consent confirmation before enabling downloads, normally within a few minutes. Consent to immediate supply does not waive withdrawal or refund rights under Link terms or applicable law.
3. License
Your purchase grants a license to use the game. Copyright in the game, artwork, and music is not transferred. Games are for personal use. Redistribution, resale, or transfer of game files or purchase links is prohibited. Any additional game-specific conditions will be shown before purchase.
4. Downloads and support
Keep your purchase email to return to your purchase page. Time-limited download links can be renewed there. For help, provide your order number or payment receipt. Never send card numbers or security codes to support.
5. Cancellations and refunds
Link purchase terms and its refund policy apply to purchases sold through Link. Consumers in the EU and UK may request withdrawal for 14 days starting when the game is made available to you or delivered without giving a reason. Apply from your purchase page or our withdrawal and refund page. Link terms and applicable statutory rights also apply in other regions. Contact us about faulty or misdescribed games or duplicate charges. Downloads may be suspended for fully refunded purchases or payments requiring review.

See our privacy policy for information collected for purchases and its purposes. Stripe handles card information; our store does not store it.
7. Changes and contact
